After a few weeks, we got all systems dialed in. We just dropped a ton of new indoor flower and we will be running a concentrate sale on everything in house! – WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA WASHINGTON OREGON OR COLORADO
– We do not provide tracking unless you have not received your package 7 working usps days after your order is marked shipped.
-Orders typically take 24-48 hours to be accepted, and other 24-72 hours to be shipped depending on when you order. We do not ship on the weeekends.
-Complaints: Pictures help with minor complaints (use this app: https://imgbb.com/). Scrub the metadata of your photos before posting! Pictures MUST accompany a complaint.
-Return to sender(RTS): If a package is RTS due to a mistake on your end, we will offer 0 reship/refund. The OPSEC challenges a mistake like this presents us is worth the justification.
-Package Delivered, no pack: If your tracking says delivered, we will assume it has been and will offer 0 reship/refund. If you are catching packs, we cannot be held responsible for avoidable mistakes.
-Strain Requests in Messages: If you send a strain request in a message, it is likely to be missed. All strain requests must be included in the order address/pgp section of the order.
-Pack never arrived: If USPS loses or misplaces your pack after 14 days, we will discuss a reship or refund based on the circumstances of the situation. This does not mean open box claims
-Open or Empty Box Claims. We are no longer accepting any open box claims.
