  • If a Customer is Scammed by a “Verified Vendor” admin(market) will fully refund the customer
  • Buy From Verified Vendors with our certificate badge on their profile background to be covered by our 100% refund policy
  • Vendors have a maximum of 10 days to deliver their products. – All Escrow payment will be sent to vendor only after confirmation from customer or after 14 days without customer lacing the order on review.
  • Customer can ask for a full refund if the product doesn’t arrive within 10 days from purchase date. if the is no refund request from customer within 14 days payment will be automatically sent to Vendor this is to avoid coin locking. hence customer must request refund if they don’t receive their product within 10 days
  • For Downloadable products and logs, customer must confirm they are satisfied with the download or accounts logs provided by vendor before payment can be release. However payment will be automatically sent to vendor if the is no feedback from the customer within 3 days.
  • All Vendors are Manually Verified and we close Vendor accounts if we get 3-5% Scam reports from customers about a Vendor.
  • Customer can add funds to their account for later use and all funds are safely and securely stored on the customer account.
  • All sensitive and nonsensitive information are automatically encrypted on our market to maximized our security and protect our customer.
