Due to the nature and strength of this product and its liability for abuse, we have a set limit of 10 capsules per order.
CA border put these flat letters through a rolling machine, which can cause some capsules to get crushed. the capsules are contained within plastic so your goods will not be lost if this happens, and you can remeasure and recapsule on your end if this should happen to you.
As of now it happens to around 15% of the parcels where a few are crushed/broken.
There is nothing that can be done about this other than to contain the product within the letter for the buyer to recapsule 🙂
