This is VistaPharm brand liquid methadone. It comes in 10mg/ml of solution so it's very easy to measure out small quantities. 



The bottles come sealed (by a nurse) direct from the clinic. Unlike tablet forms of methadone, the liquid begins to work in just 10-15 minutes.



If your opioid habit has gotten a little out of control, methadone is the best thing to wean yourself down and avoid withdraw symptoms. Unlike suboxone/subutex, methadone doesn't have a ceiling effect. That means that no matter how much fire dope you've been using, you can still avoid withdraw symptoms completely. If suboxone sends you info an immediate withdraw it's because your poor tolerance is higher than the ceiling effect of suboxone. Unfortunately, no matter how much suboxone you take, it will have no more effect than 40mg of methadone.



Recommend using for three (3) days, decreasing each day.  Starting dose at a clinic is 35mg on your first day. Those with a HUGE tolerance of high-quality (and/or fent) dope may require up to 80 or even 100mg -But unlike other opioids, methadone lasts 36hrs. So taking a decreasing dose each day means the doses partially overlap, resulting in NO withdraw symptoms.
