Tramadol, sold under the brand name TamolX among others, is an opioid
pain medication used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. When
taken by mouth in an immediate-release formulation, the onset of pain
relief usually occurs within an hour. It is often combined with
paracetamol acetaminophen as this is known to improve the efficacy of
tramadol in relieving pain

Its analgesic effects take about one hour to come into effect and 2 hr
to 4 hr to peak after oral administration with an immediate-release

Just be careful with these pills because they are most likely not the original Valium but China fakes with research chemicals like Etizolam inside which can be stronger on some people (letter ‘A’ looks different than the original and colour is slightly different). There have been reported deaths in England in connection with fake Valiums that stain the tongue blue so start with low doses and take care. They do work indeed and I think it’s a fair offer for the price, just consider that what you get might not be the alkaloid that’s offered.
